For INSURED items ONLY......Though we carefully pack all items, sometimes things are damaged during delivery. Should this happen, you can request a replacement or a refund for the damaged item(s) by taking the following steps.....
1...Notify us within 24 hours of the delivery by sending an e-mail to accents2gifts@lpbroadband.net
2...After notification, return only the Damanged item(s) with the damaged box. (Requirement)
3...Once we receive the item(s), we will ship the replacement immediately ( at no cost to you ) or refund the cost of the damaged item(s) as requested. ( Please Note: that refunds do not include the shipping and handling costs. )
