History/background
Rustic Ranch Tack has been established since 1997. Our parent company is RHA Enterprises, which began as a custom woodshop building cabinetry for Los Angeles Unified School District. From there, we began making Rustic Pine Saddle Stands in our beautiful community of Acton, California. Thus, the birth of Rustic Ranch Tack. We now represent well over 50 wholesale manufacturers to bring our customers the widest selection of fun horse products on the market today!
Payment policy
We accept all major credit cards, money orders and personal checks. For CREDIT CARDS, call us at 661-269-1881 (8:00-5:00 Pacific Time) or fax the number, expiration date, and 3 digit CVV code at 661-269-1891. Or send us your phone number and a time to call you. We can process PERSONAL CHECKS electronically for IMMEDIATE shipment. Please include a drivers license number or there will be a 10 business day hold for clearing. INTERNATIONAL buyers may use credit cards or international money orders. We DO NOT accept PayPal.
Shipping information
All merchandise is shipped within 48 hours of clear payment via the postal service or UPS. Shipping methods available for each item are indicated within each listing.
Return policy
Returns/Exchanges will be accepted for 30 days from Receipt date. Please contact us by phone at 661-269-1881 or e-mail at 4Horses@RusticRanchTack.com for Return Authorization. Only purchase price will be refunded. Returns made after 30 days from Receipt will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. All returned merchandise must be in new and sellable condition with original packaging and/or tags attached. Damaged/defective merchandise must be reported to us within 14 days of Receipt date.
