I want good feedback and would like to give good feedback and will when I get paid. My boss said once... everyone should do the right thing because it's the right thing to do. I plan to do the right thing BUT unfortunatley I know that some people will not do the right thing and that will reflect on their feedback.

Feedback is like the BBB of Ebay and I think it is a good tool. But as I ponder the concept I wish people would live life guarding their reputation and dealings with people like the would their feedback score. Just a thought???
