The item description stated the boots were new. I saw that they were dirty in the pics, but just thought they had been worn once or twice and were still basically new. This was not the case. I communicated this to the seller and he told me that he accidentally clicked the wrong description and that I should have been able to see that they weren't new. He offered to refund my money, but with return shipping costs, it just didn't make sense. I'm still happy I bought them. Thank you to th seller
