When I moved to North Carolina 13 years ago, it was for my dad's business. I learned almost everything I know about buying and selling from him, and he taught me well. We had made purchases on eBay before, and he had sold a few items here or there. We always did pretty good with that. But it wasn't until November of 2006 that I realized the true potential that business on eBay could hold, when one of my coworkers told me about his online store. He gave me the idea of starting up business on eBay, and I'm proud to be where I am today. ^.____.^ Right now, I buy all my merchandise outright. None of it comes from a warehouse. I go out and find the stuff myself. I'd like to continue doing things in this fashion, in addition to having a store for hard-to-buy items. But I would rather not be the middleman in this operation, because I value my customers' trust and their business, and I want to provide them with excellent products.

I accept all forms of payment. ^.-.^ If I can put it in my bank account, that is. ;) I prefer PayPal whenever possible, and request that my customers use it if they have it. Its not hard to get it set up if you don't have it, and its really useful for online purchasing. All I want is to make things run more smoothly, and PayPal helps with that significantly.

I prefer to ship using USPS, but if you want, I'm okay with using FedEx, DHL, or UPS upon request. I promise to have a product ready and at the post office/UPS Store/whatever within 3 business days of receiving payment for your purchase.

All sales are final. Sorry, but that's the way I have to operate. I can't afford people complaining to me if a product gets damaged in the shipping. I just pull the stuff off the shelves. I try to get the packages that are in the best condition, and I take good care of the items that I have.

Normally, I don't offer insurance. I just package the item myself, and I do it well. Saves everyone a bit of money. If you want to get insurance for your product, contact me, and we can discuss arrangements for it.
