All international items are shipped AIR PRIORITY WITH INSURANCE. That way if your package is held up in customs, it is traceable, and if it gets misplaced by them, it's insured. You will be able to make a claim with the US POSTAL SERVICE should that occur. Also there is a $4.00 handling fee, that is built into the shipping calculator. These are for your protection as well as mine. Also you must have a CONFIRMED/VERIFIED shipping address with Paypal, or you can just send an international money order.
