I am someone who loves things all natural in their beauty,which leads to craft of all kinds,particularly hand made shawls,stoles,scarves,cushion covers and table linen.I grew up in kashmir ,a place famous for its beauty and the craft has to be seen.

Shawls, Stoles, pashmina, wool, cotton, silk, cushion covers, table linen and some ethnic stuff which is interesting by way of some of it being old, some being in the family for a few years and some items being my favorites, which I want other people to enjoy as well...........

This name belongs to a bridge where I used to live,where I got to see and appreciate the beauty of my surroundings and gave me some ideas about what I wanted to do later in life.I wanted to bring to people the real craft,the real work that those artisans put into these items that they made by hand or by some limited tools at their disposal.These items can be pricy,but that is understandable ,considering the time each artisan spends on them and some arts are dying as well .There are not much people left who would like to work by hand when so many machines can do mass production,but there are a few who have kept the craft alive.

My father started way back in Kashmir,but due to unavoidable reasons,could not carry on.But he is my inspiration in things art and is a great historian of the local craft in his own right.I have started at this stage in my life when my kids have grown up and I can devote all my time and energies in my pursuit of finding and selling things of beauty and provide joy to people who buy them and use them.My only religion is quality and honesty.
