Most items are shipped within 5 business days, we do our best to provide adecuate packaging so your item(s) travel as safe as possible unfortunately once an item leaves our warehouse it is handled by other parties where we have no control on their times, procedures and how they handle the items, therefore shipping insurance is always provided and any claims should be made directly to the carrier immediately after receiving if any damages have ocurred. If you prefer certain carrier, please let us know at the time you place your order, otherwise we will use Canadapost as Default. Client is responsible for any taxes, licenses, permits, etc., if any when importing items into their countries.

Our products are carefully handled, inspected and tested if possible before shipping, we assume that client knows the product or has asked all the necessary questions, and that we had provided the best description possible of the product(s) we are selling, limiting returns only to personal circumstances other than the product itself, we accept returns as merchandise credit only, but client is responsible for all shipping charges and item must be unnopened and in exact condition as it was shipped, we must be notified within 24 hours from receiving the item and must be return within 7 business days.
