I accidentally purchased a pump that I thought was rechargeable the ad said he accepted returns but when I tried to send the pump back for a refund he denied my return stating “I don’t accept returns. The exception to the rule though would be if the item was defective or broken or if I did something wrong on my end. Item was listed correctly and delivered so ebay said I did not have to accept it” thats bad business I do not recommend buying from this person

The item was listed as new. When I received it, it obviously was not. It had hair and skin flakes all over it. Seller did respond back and told me to send it back for a full refund. I paid over $11.45 for postage, I am just out that. Unbelievable! I never would have purchased this if it had been disclosed used. Very disappointing!!!
