I was taught that the customer is always right. Sometimes customers don't deserve that consideration, but a customer that pays immediately should be thanked with immediate FB. What happens more often is FB is left after the customer receives the purchase & leaves FB for the seller. If the buyer paid immediately & is not happy with the purchase & has tried unsuccessfully to negotiate with the seller &/or the seller is rude, the buyer should leave negative FB to warn others. Buyers are often afraid to do this, because this type of seller will leave negative FB for the buyer. When I have refused to leave FB for this very reason, I have had sellers ask me to leave FB before they will leave FB for me. Hey, I paid immediately upon winning, they have my money! They should leave positive FB for me before I have to leave any for them. My FB for the seller should be based on satisfaction with the purchase or the resolution of any problem with the purchase. There is a follow-up/reply FB option.
