It started with Kellie as a young girl and her mother sharing the same interest. Eventually Kellie took a real interest and started working in a ceramic shop at the age of 18. She went from that to Frankoma Pottery as a designer of collectible and numbered pieces. After the late 90's Kellie took a break for a time wanting and looking forward to someday having a shop of her own. With Steve's help, this became a reality. Together we make a great team and enjoy it very much.

It appears that with EBAY, PAYPAL works best. It's fast and easy and I find it to be a secure way to do online finacial transactions.

I always try to ship same day but no later than the next following day payment is received unless payment is received over a weekend. Then it is the following Monday unless buyer has instructed otherwise.

We do refunds when items are defective as we stand behind what we sell. Poastal carriers can have a bad day. All we ask is that we are contacted with the a brief reason of refund request and upon return receipt of item, a refund of the purchase price will be granted. We strive for satisfaction and want and hope for only happy transactions.
