10/2008, my order arrived one item short. I reported the missing item and was greeted with ambivalence and distrust, but you agreed to mail the item. It arrived too late for my needs. My Feedback for you was Neutral because your carelessness negatively affected my business. I could have left Negative Feedback, but I didn’t “because we all make mistakes.” My business has grown so I went to your Store to order hundreds of dollars of packing material, only to find you Blocked me from buying! You made the mistake and negatively impacted me, yet you Block me from purchasing again? Wow, what great business sense! I was willing to give you another chance, but your business is so lucrative you don’t need me as a customer. Your Mission Statement declares “We will dedicate ourselves to a system of continuous improvement. Our success will be measured by receiving the highest rankings by customers, colleagues and associates.” Really? I have found another vendor that appreciates my business.
