I love to help, nothing pleases me more than a job well done and a satisfied customer. I am friendly and approachable. I'm new to eBay, but I ran my own business for most of my working life, I know that customer satisfaction is what it's all about.

I am absolutely crazy in love with purses and handbags, as well as all things fashion so this is where I begin... I have a variety of handbags available and I update my collection regularly. I try to keep things lively and exciting. I have large purses, medium purses, I don't get much customer interest in small ones so I don't often have those in stock. The large ones are the ones everyone looks at! Especially large plain black handbags, how about that! And oh yes, black and white striped handbags really get peoples attention too...

Well, I buy a variety of different things actually. A lot of household things and electronic gadgets. Because I make jewelry, that is what I buy the most... Of course I buy wholesale items too.

I collect bottles, tins, purses, and heart-shaped things. Over the years I have found certain types of collections bored me after a time, sold everything at yard sales and started a different type of collection.

I make jewellery, write poetry and paint. I consider my Internet activity including eBay fun things to do; yes I would call eBay a hobby and a business too.

News shows, I especially like CNN shows.

I was self employed for over 20 years in the fashion industry. I enjoy customer service, and have a good way of dealing with a variety of business situations. Over the years, people made it clear to me that they love the way I interact with them, and say I convey respect well. This feeling expressed by a customer is the best reward you can earn.
