I am a Fair Buyer and Seller and believe feedback should be left by the buyer before the seller. The seller has the most at risk and there are more unhappy buyers than there are sellers.

I love to read books. I read romance, suspense, mystery and spy thrillers. I have to sale them on eBay to support my habit. I charge handling on the shipping to cover my fees. I know some people will sale a book for $0.25 and charge $1.00 to ship it. I have yet to find out how they can do it. I can't pay you to buy my books. Remember I do have a habit I am trying to afford. I always try to explain in detail about any items I sale and always answer questions before the close of an auction. I package very well, you can read that in my feedback. Most times I will ship within 24 hours. I try to make sure every buyer is a happy buyer. So far I have been able to do this with everyone except one buyer who never paid but left me bad feedback. My Books come from a Smoke Free Home. I buy some books from a local used book store I always look for smoke free books. I also sale things that I buy and find I can't use or don't like so I have to sale them here.

I Prefer PayPal. I accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks but all will be held 10 days.

Shipping: I ship Media Mail. I now use Delivery Confirmation with every order! This means you will be able to view shipment status directly from your ebay Items won page. You will be able to track your order all the way to your door for US Buyers Only. I ship to address listed with eBay ONLY! If the ebay accout is in the name of your spouse that is who I Ship to. Shipping stated is for continental US only, for all others email me. Insurance is $1.65 for up to $50 coverage and required on ALL orders over $25.00. Checks held ten days. I try to ship next day. I will combine multi-auction orders. Shipping on multi-auction orders are full shipping on one (highest priced one) and half shipping on all others UNLESS stated in listing description. Discount ONLY Applies when ALL AUCTIONS are paid for Together! WAIT FOR MY INVOICE. Shipping and handling is not the actual postage charge.

I have never had Anyone want to Return any thing to me but I will handle it case by case.

Buyers will be given Contact Info on the invoice.

Buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win the online auction or use the Buy It Now feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase. Sellers can file an Unpaid Item dispute with eBay for each of their items that are purchased but not paid for. I WILL DO THIS ON THE 8th DAY. eBay will issue a strike on the account of the buyer who does not honor their obligation to pay (unless the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction). Note: If a buyer gets too many strikes in too short a time period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer’s account in advance of suspension.

I expect to be paid. This sounds reasonable doesn't it? You would think if someone bids repeatedly on an item for 6 days and then wins they would pay. Not so. As a seller it is frustrating to have non-paying bidders and it cost us money. As a buyer I know you get tired of hearing all of the warnings about what will happen if you don't pay but I have found that since I have started listing the warning on every listing and starting the dispute process on the 8th day after non-payment the non-paying buyers have decreased. It is a hassle for the buyer and the seller but if it helps to complete the transactions then that is what I will do. To all of you honest and quick paying Buyers I am sorry! To those of you who bid and don't intend to pay I WILL NOT LET IT GO! I will do everything I can to bring you to the attention of eBay and get you suspended! We don't need you here on eBay making it hard on everyone else who is honest! Now I am getting down off my soap box. Thank you!
