I have been on Ebay since 1998 and have been selling full-time since 2005.
Payment policy
I prefer Paypal. It's so fast and instant so I can send the items right out. I also accept checks and money orders. Though I have to hold the checks till they clear, this slows the process down for my customers and is used very little now on Ebay due to this.
Shipping information
I usually ship the HP paper via Priority flat rate boxes as it saves my customers a lot of money. When I first started there were no flat rate boxes and often the shipping was 10.00-15.00 depending on where it was going. With the flat-rate boxes I was able to lower my shipping on many of my paper auctions. I generally ship all the bracelets first class and If I don't have something in stock or enough of the items they are shipped by my wholesaler for me within one day generally.
Return policy
I work with my customers as you can tell by my 100% feedback on any concerns they may have about their purchases. I generally will accept returns depending on the reason but this has happened so few times it's a case by case basis. I strive to please my customers
Contact information
Just click Ask Seller a Question anytime. I generally answer emails within minutes, occasionally it may take hours but I don't believe I've ever gone more than 24 hours without checking my email. If you don't get an answer within hours or at the very longest within 12 hours try again because the email must not have gone through! I haven't ran into this problem but once or twice when Ebay messages were not forwarded for some reason.
Repeat Customers
With 2872 feedbacks and only 1971 of them unique Ebay Id's (100% positive) it's obvious I have a LOT of REPEAT BUYERS. I also get a lot of multiple item purchases because I offer a super great shipping discount on most items. Most of the photo paper ships for 9.00 no matter how many items sell, if they can all fit into one box. That's what keeps my business going! I try to make all my customers happy. I try to ship as fast as possible and take care of any concerns immediately so my customers will keep coming back to ME rather than others selling the same products.
Feedback
My 100% positive feedback is vital to me and my business. I strive to keep it that way. I ask everyone to please leave me feedback but to contact me if they have any questions or concerns before leaving feedback so that I may resolve any issues they may have. So far this has worked great and I have a lot of repeat buyers to prove it.
