I have been in the Flooring Industry for about 23 years or so. Started out on my knee's in Construction like most men. Opened my own Flooring Store about 7 years ago. I have been building a deploying Web Sites for about 10 years ( ASPX Version of web sites )
Payment policy
Visa, Master Card, Discover, Pay Pal, Wire Transfer on Specified Items that are Considered Collectibles. Time Frame on Collectibles money transfer to be determined upon both parties schedule. All other payments must be made with 72 hours of auction or purchase agreement close or item can be put back up for auction.
Shipping information
I ship by standard USPS Customer pays all shipping of their item. Shipping & Handling is Non-Refundable. Collectibles a must to insure. All other items the customer assumes all responsiblity if no insurance on any products being shipped. Customer assume all responsibility for the item being shipped.
Return policy
Electronic Items are tested and cataloged. All Electronic Items wanting to be returned need to be fully inspected and authenticated before a refund can be considered to be issued. Upon inspection if identifying makers that SAV puts in place are no longer there or have been tampered with. Return of the product is void. Shipping for item being return is the customers responsibility. Web Site construction and deployment there are no refunds. After a web site is under construction and the 3 days buyers remorse has passed. Your web site gets built.

Negative Feedback
I see no need for any negative feedback of any kind to be left for Me. As I am always available by Phone! If email is not currently working. I can be contacted at my place of business. The hours are posted. And have left this information for all customers to see here. The one negative comment I have recieved the customer has never returned the remote for a refund and so far I have never heard from again. All Items are tested and cataloged.
