A must have for your cookbook library.
This is a great cookbook with wonderful recipes for, you guessed it, inexpensive cuts of meat. Have had it in my cookbook collection for at least 35 years. Bought this copy for my daughter. She wanted the Ruth’s Bean and Barley soup recipe, so I sent it to her, and then I thought I’d check eBay for a copy. Sure enough. So now she has all the wonderful recipes she remembers from her childhood.
