Scandinavian Antiques began as a wholesaler based in Europe 25 years ago, with business in Sweden, Denmark, Russia, France, Germany, Italy, and Romania. The company moved to the U.S. in 1994, and over the past 13 years has become one of the largest European antique dealers in the Midwest. Every item is individually selected in Europe and shipped to the U.S. in containers throughout the year. If necessary, pieces are restored by craftsmen to protect the original integrity and beauty of these hand-crafted antiques. Country of origin, circa date and condition of item is based on 25 years of expertise in European antique furniture. We have been a respected leader in the antique trade for 25 years, and are excited to now offer our beautiful and one-of-a-kind treasures to you. Our goal is to provide not only a lovely piece of history, but a functional item that you will use and appreciate daily in your home.

PayPal and VISA/MasterCard are our preferred methods of payment. All payments must be received within 5 business days after the close of the auction or after using a “buy it now” feature. Once payment is made in full, we will be happy to schedule the pick-up of your item for delivery.

Due to the size, weight and value of our furniture, we will only ship our furniture in the safest and reliable method possible, but keep in mind our customers concern for cost. We use Plycon Transportation Group for all of our furniture and use UPS, USPS, and FEDX for our smaller items such as pottery, paintings or carvings. Plycon has been in the shipping industry for over 50 years and always does a fantastic job of taking care of our pieces and our customers.
