I became an e-bay member in 2005, and started selling things in 2006 to earn extra money for my family. So far, I've had many great experiences, and have learned a lot from the not so great ones. Like everyone, I have had a few bad experiences, but have learned how to protect both my customers and myself. I sell mostly new items, but also sell items I have just lying around.

PAYPAL ONLY. With the ability to process checks, credit cards, and debit cards through PayPal, and the security, and protection they offer, I see no reason to accept any other form of payment. There are just too many scammers out there to do otherwise.

I ship using the least expensive method, and almost always use calculated shipping to ensure fair pricing. This allows the buyer to see what it's going to cost me to ship the item, and assures everyone that I'm being fair with the shipping charges. I use USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL depending on what's least expensive, and guarantees on-time delivery. Items over $100.00 usually require a signature (again to protect both buyer and seller) and items over $200.00 usually require shipping insurance (since most carriers only include insurance up to $200.00). I require pre-authorization for international shipping to be able to provide accurate shipping quotes outside the US, and again to protect both myself and the buyer from fraudulent transactions.

I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all MANUFACTURER NEW items I sell. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA#). To return an item, simply contact me by e-mail to request a RA#, and provide details of reason for return. I will pay shipping charges on defective items; buyers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items. Depending on the manufacturer, there may be a restocking fee between 5% - 25% for non-defective return merchandise. USED ITEMS are usually sold as is, but I will work with you to come to a satisfactory resolution on any concerns should you have a problem with a used item.
