All PC items come with a 3 day DOA policy. All other items unless stated have a 3 day return policy if the item is not as described. Compatibility issues is not my responsibility. Buyer is only responsible for return shipping. Item must be returned in exact condition for a refund.

We are not responsible for shipping damages beyond our control. We use padded envelopes, bubble wrap, peanuts. We make sure the package is tight no movement inside the box.

We usually ship all items within 48 hours. We are in Seattle so the east coast takes 7 Days on average. Check the Postmark before blaming us.
