Product is great, but seller was not.
Seller did not tell me that the computer had pirated software loaded for the operating system. Told me it had Vista, which was true, but it was an un-authenticated copy and could not be authenticated by MicroSoft.

A little pricey, but still awesome
Like I said, the mugs are a little on the expensive side, but I just can't find these anywhere anymore. Aladdin used to make these, and I think their quality was a bit better, but the Thermoserv ones meet my needs. I use one every day!
