My life is nothing short of chaotic. As a trauma nurse, I thrive on chaos. I am usually up pulling and packing orders after midnight. Paypal is the only form of payment I will accept. No exceptions. Payment is due within 7 days of being invoiced. Insurance is required on all international orders.

I ship via United States Postal Service. Small items will usually for First Class Mail but most everything is shipped priority. I only charge actual shipping cost based on weight. I don't charge packing and handling charges. If you wish to have your package shipped another way, you must let me know and additional charges may apply. Insurance is an optional charge for customers within the USA. Insurance is required for all international orders. I can guarantee your items are packed to perfection and shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. No shipping on weekends and holidays.

If you feel the item has been grossly misrepresented or it is just not what you thought it would be, you may return it. You must call or write for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a number. Only unopened and unused merchandise will be accepted. You will recieve a refund for the item only. If the item arrives damaged, please notify me immediately and I will do what I can to rectify the situation.
