We accept Pay Pal, Money Orders, Personal Checks and eBAY Gift Certificates.

We guarantee shipping twice per week, though ship on a daily basis as often as possible. Customer's are encouraged to combine items to save on shipping, and we do allow customer's to ship using their own accounts whenever possible. International shipping is also available.

We extend the same warranty to our customers that the manufacturer offers on all of our products. If your item is defective we will exchange it with proper proof at no cost to you. If the item is purchased as a gift or needs to be returned for some other reason, we will accept a return within seven (7) days. In this event the item must be returned to us, (at your expense), in it's original, unopened packaging. Books, CD's, templates, pens and paper are not returnable items, unless the item is defective, (in which case it will be exhanged whenever possible).
