I have been a nurse in the Air Force for 11 years. I've been a nurse for 14 years. I started out as a hospital volunteer in the Candystriper program at age 15, complete with the little red and white stripe apron that made me look like Mrs Claus.

If there is anything you are looking for, let me know. I'm connected, and very internet savvy. I usually pit amazon.com and eBay against each other and get items for personal use for the cheapest price, for example, my last bargain purchase was Lost, Season Two, for around $30 (Best Buy charges $50). That's a $20 savings! Don't you love eBay!

I sell anything really, from DVDs to dog toys. My biggest expansion is craft supplies. I hope to open a scrapbook store in my next life, the one sans military.

Paypal preferred. eBay discourages other forms of payment such as check or money order. I usually don't restrict any buyers, but lately I have had trouble with overseas buyers with 1 feedback who don't pay. I have always added unpaid buyers individually to my block buyer list, but as of 1-10-2009 I have the following blocked buyer policy: Have received 2 Unpaid Item strikes or who have 4 Policy Violation reports within the last 30 days, or if you have a feedback score of -1 or lower. Also if you do not have much feedback, or questionable feedback, I reserve the right not to ship until I am paid. If you have not paid for your items in 7 days, and have not communicated why, I reserve the right to take action on you and relist/resell the items immediately.

I ship daily. If you are missing an order please communicate with me right away. In general the estimates on USPS.com are accurate on how long it's going to take. You can calculate it yourself from my zip code, 94533, to yours, whichever zip code you gave me.

The return policy is designated on each listing. If you have a question, please ask before bidding. If the item simply has to be returned, I will work with you. Your positive feedback is my goal. Generally returns must be within 30 days in resale condition, with the same value. Buyer pays shipping on returns. I no longer refund any shipping and handling after the sale. Shipping and handling arrangements must be worked out in writing (email) before the sale ends.

I care deeply about my customers' transactions and want them to enjoy their items from me as soon as possible. So please, relax, and enjoy your eBay experience! I will take care of everything. If you have a multi order you don't have to message from each item, just include all your questions in one with enough info for me to research it. I check my messages daily. In some instances I will give out my email address, though not usually, in order to avoid s-p-a-m. I also give buyers the option of calling my personal cel phone. Large items and expensive invoices I track myself, and will forward any tracking info to you so you can track as well. My communication is very good. After payment I will email you and let you know when you might expect your package. I'm a small operation, so your customer service will be personalized, upbeat, funny, and caring.

Please complete feedback when the item is received and use the item within 14 days. If in that time the item does not work for you, contact me immediately using Contact Seller on the item listing, or the cel phone # I gave you.
