I have been in Retail since I was 16. I was the youngest promoted into management at my first job. After high school, I was a pharmacy technician until quitting to stay home with my second child. I opened my first online store in 1999. I have also worked as a consultant for several home party companies over the years.

We actually prefer Money orders, but we also take Paypal. There are a few other sites like Bidpay.com that we are willing to work with. We will not take any Personal or Business checks.

I try to ship within 24 hours of payment being received. Items that weigh under 6lbs and go priority mail will ship out the quickest since I can ship from home. Larger items & International items can take up to a week to ship out. If you ever need something quickly, please let us know after auction close, so we can give it extra priority.

We do accept returns on most items. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving item. If an auction states AS IS in the description it is not returnable. We refund on the bid price only, item must be in same condition as sent.

Insurance is almost always optional. In certain cases we will require it. It is never not an option! If you do not purchase insurance, we are not held responsible for lost or damaged packages. We do use USPS delivery confirmation system, but this does not track the item. It will only show it is delivered. If you want tracking, please select UPS shipping. If that is not an option listed, just contact us. We will ship any method you prefer. Ebay only allows 3 options in the auctions.
