• At this time we can only offer the payment methods offered through Pay-Pal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders
Shipping information
WHEN WE SHIP
All our books are in stock and are shipped Monday through Friday from our location in Dallastown, Pennsylvania. Orders are processed in the order they are placed, except for Expedited orders.
All orders placed before 3:30PM Eastern time will be shipped the same day unless the order was placed over the weekend. All orders placed after 3:30 PM on Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, except for Expedited orders will not be shipped nor leave our building until Monday
HOW WE SHIP
Choice of STANDARD shipping is shipped via the USPS MEDIA MAIL system unless your purchase weighs less than 12 ounces then it goes 1st class USPS mail.
Choice of Expedited shipping is via USPS Priority Mail
Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.
• Standard U.S.: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days) includes Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO orders
• Expedited U.S.: 2 to 6 business days after shipping

CANCELING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order with us for an immediate refund we must receive your request by 3:30 PM on the day you place the order, except for orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday which must be received by 3:30PM EST on Monday. Otherwise it has already shipped and can not be retrieved from the USPS.
REFUNDS
• Should you purchase a product and it is not in the condition it was described to be in our listing please contact us immediately so we can send you a pre-paid mailer and have the product returned to us for a full refund.
•If your purchase does not arrive within the allotted shipping time frame please contact us so we can file the necessary paperwork with the USPS and either issue you a full refund or replacement.
• If for any other reason you wish to return a product to us please notify us before shipping it back to us so we can ensure a smooth return process. There is a 20% restocking fee on any product returned for reasons other than mater
