Shipped out right away after payment was sent. Item arrived as described with the damage and shown in the photos however, I wish I could have known the shoes sizing runs really small. It is just too small on my feet that my heels hang off. Personally for me now I am not sure if the price justifies the item because I don't think I can wear them frequently due to the sizing issue. I was aware of the damage and took that into account, just was not aware the sizing.
