I am selling off my collection. 1 piece at a time. Wish I could retire after 37 years in a factory. I am finding coins and paper money I don't remember having. It's great to see all these old friends that I had put away.

Started my collection 47 years ago. I was a boy working in a small neighborhood store. I would buy some of the old coins. I would give all my coins to Mom to hold for me. So my brothers & sisters wouldn't take them and spend them. Had a really good start. When I was married and left home. Mom's house was robbed. So after the kids were grown and out on their own. I started again. My wife joined me in my pursuit. We spend many hours together going over the coins and learning more about them. Getting World Coin Books from the library. Every week after all the bills and etc were paid. The money left over would go towards more coins. We had a great deal of fun doing this together. But before we had gotten very far into the coins. We met a dealer and he really lit a fire under us. Taught me alot about gradeing and what to watch for. Now my wife is helping me to go though the coins etc. and put them on here. There are some that are her favorites and some are mine. They hold special memories
