eBay My World: secondfront( 5697)

Secondfront is the eBay sales branch of advanceguardmilitaria.com. We have been buying and selling military antiques as our primary business since 1996, and were collectors long before that. eBay buyers will also receive a free subscription to our online catalog if they wish. We are not here to sell you one item and then disappear. We see eBay primarily as a good opportunity to meet new collectors and develop long-lasting business relationships with them. We have met many of our best customers and some of our best friends by accident, doing business on eBay!

We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Personal Checks (in US Dollars), and all major Credit Cards. We also accept US Dollars and Euros by registered mail.

USA: Small items ship by USPS priority mail. We prefer to ship larger items by UPS. OVERSEAS: Overseas shipping rates are listed in the auction. International parcels are shipped for estimated cost. We do not attempt to make a profit on shipping. All we ask is that customers allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery. Once a package is mailed, the speed with which it arrives is completely up to the postal service.

Three day inspection period. Items may be returned for full refund, less shipping if you believe them not to be as described. (Shipping charges are not refunded.) The only exceptions are items that you alter - (don't 'clean', 'fix', or otherwise 'improve' an item and then return it) or uniform items returned for reasons of size. We do not guarantee original uniform items to fit you. Refunds of PayPal payments are made through PayPal; all others by business check.

Send any questions you might have to secondfront@museumresources.com and we will respond as soon as possible. Laura is our ebay sales manager, and she works here part time. If you have a question that she needs to answer and it arrives after she has left for the day, she will answer it when she returns the following business day.

Due to eBay's outrageous new anti-seller feedback policy, we are no longer be leaving any feedback. None. This is not a statement against our buyers (we are very happy with you!) This is simply the only way that we have to protest eBay's foolish new policy.
