I pack everything I ship with great care. I utilize foam, bubble wrap, newspaper, mulitple boxes & padded envelopes as necessary to ensure safe transport of the items I ship. I recycle packing materials when possible but often use a mix of new and recycled products to create a safety bubble around delicate items. I request delivery confirmation on all items I ship, regardless of the value of the item. I want to be sure your item arrives safely and in a reasonable amount of time for the shipping serivce used. I do my best to ship all items within 4 business days of cleared payment, sooner if possible. Shipping & Handling includes, packaging, delivery confirmation and postage. Ebay & Paypal fees are not passed on to customers despite one uninformed bidder's negative comment. She did not know that Shipping & Handling is not Postage, Postage is only a portion of Shipping & Handling. Shipping Whiners will be blocked from my future auctions.

I have over 25 years experience collecting, mostly glass items. My dad started sending me to yard sales, with a basket on my bike & a few quarters in my pocket when I was just 10 years old. I started finding Milk Bottles, Old Glass Bottles, Glass Insulators & other glass to add to my father's collections. I still have many pieces of his collection & have started many of my own collections through the years. When I grew up & moved out on my own I never stopped shopping at garage and yardsales. I became a sales & marketing specialist in varying industries for over 16 years. I was an industrial products specialist for over 8 of those years. Pipe, Steel, Valves & Fittings were my specialty. Selling on Ebay provides me with a venue to sell a lot of the items that I have in my own collections as well unique, unusual, rare & collectible items that I find while I'm out hunting at garage & yard sales. During the off season, I frequent second hand & thrift stores - My SECOND HAND ADDICTION.

I currently only offer USPS as a shipping service. In the future I plan on utilizing UPS as well. Shipping is clearly stated in all auctions. I have no patience for SHIPPING WHINERS. My first negative feedback came from a buyer that thought she could bully me into shipping the item to her in a sub-standard manner so she could save a buck. She got nothing & I refunded her money. I refuse to deal with rude & unreasonable people. This is my company & I pack to the degree I feel necessary for SAFE arrival. I'd be pissed if I bought something & the packaging was so poor that the item broke. I don't care if you do think I can just throw a stamp on it & drop it in the mail, I'm packaging it the way it SHOULD be packaged to arrive safely.

All returns must be preauthorized. Any reason for return needs to be communicated to me within 24 hours of your receiving the item. The item needs to be shipped back to me, packaged in the same manner that I shipped the item to you. The item returned needs to be the same item I shipped to you. I keep photographic records of every item I ship. Delivery confirmation is suggested for returned items, I will not be responsible for items lost or broken by the postal service. I do not pay for return shipping & I do not reimburse for the actual shipping cost to you. I refund the sales price & any handling ONLY.

I have a library of over 25 books on Antiques & Collectibles. I add new books constantly. I subscribe to Kovels' Online & have many Miller's & Kovels' current books as well. I do my best to research everything I sell to confirm it's authenticity, age, maker & description. I take great care in describing everything that I sell & work hard to describe the items in great detail. As a collector myself I have an eye for even the tiny little details & as a MOM I know just how to Nit Pick every little flaw.
