Welcome to my About Me page. I have been an ebayer since 1999, mainly as a buyer adding to my collections. Ebay allowed me to purchase items I could not find locally. This makes my wife very happy, as I dragged her into every train store in any city we visited. I am a member of the N-scale Collector Society, NMRA, PSR, and local San Diego N-scale modular club. The club has just found a permanent home and we are building a permanent layout of about 13 scale miles of the Donner Pass. I enjoy the mining and logging layouts and run mostly steam from the 1930-1940 periods. As my father was from Canada I modeled the trains running near the border. I chose Canadian rails and the Great Northern to model. The first 55 years of my life was collecting and restoring 1955 Chevy's and other vintage autos. Now trains are my passion. I have run out of space and will be selling pieces of my collection. My wife manages the store for me and she will be adding other non-train items.
