Shipping information
We are currently shipping both Domestic and International packages through United States Postal Service (USPS) but buyers may request United Parcel Service (UPS) if they prefer (Shipping charges will be higher).
INSURANCE is only available to Domestic Buyers at this time. Buyers should be aware that uninsured mail is not the seller's or the carriers responsibility so to be covered against loss or damage in transit insurance must be purchased by the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Since insurance is not available you agreeing to take the risk in regard to non-delivery or a damaged package. We will provide a delivery confirmation number.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR ALL BUYERS : Please note a delivery confirmation number provided by USPS is NOT A TRACKING # by any means. A delivery confirmation # is proof of delivery. The only time information on this number will be updated it when the package has been scheduled and scanned for delivery (no sooner).
Return policy
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. If you are not satified with your product you must contact us within 24hours.
If a sealed boxed item has been opened it CANNOT BE RETURNED under any circumstances because we would no longer be able to re-sell it as a brand new item.
If you're requesting a refund - we will refund you less shipping.
The only exception for when we will cover shipping is when the error was ours to begin with (Error in listing, Error in shipping).

Please note emails can get overwhelming and we may not be able to reply to you immediately - but we try our best to respond in a timely manner. Please check out our FAQ page for answers to very common questions we receive at large.
We prefer your initial contact with us to take place through Ebay's messaging system as we receive hundreds of emails daily and a subject title such as MY ORDER or GUCCI PINK ORDER will get overlooked easily. Once we reply to you via email we will set a subject line that will being with (RE:) and must be used in all future communication emails in regard to the transaction.
We can be reached via phone if there is a need but email is probably most efficient and trustworthy as all records are kept till the transaction is complete.
