Group Therapy CD by Sivion used Very Good Condition
Dec 25, 2019
Very Good Album
I am a big Sivion fan, One thing about Sivion is that the sound is uniquely his, you can recognize his beats and he knows how to match his vocal tone to the sound. That said, My son took the hook from "Free Your Soul" and made it his ringtone and probably sold a few more CDs just from his friends hearing it. Group Therapy has some great hooks, well-matched collabs, and is on the cutting edge of Sivion's signature sound. Well done
Who's the Boss by Antoinette (CD, 1989, Next Plateau) RARE OOP OLD SCHOOL RAP

Antoinette Who's the Boss REVIEW
Antoinette is a good female rapper, the only problem is that the record is too inconsistant with a few commercial joints mixed in with the hardcore joints. She's dope. I'm feelin her voice and she's always hitting with rough rhymes. Good record but take off a few joints and it's a lot better... still worth adding to the female rap collection!

This 1984 released classic holds up to this day
Truly a perfect combination, Stacy Lattisaw and Johnny Gill seem so natural for each other. The title track is lovely, and "Block Party" is a funky, uptempo jam that would indeed be a great pick for an old school block party, and they keep things pumping with "Fun & Games" and "Heartbreak Look". Stacy Lattisaw and Johnny Gill teamed up to record this masterpiece of '80s R&B which still sounds great today. Producer/songwriter extraordinaire Narada Michael Walden gave them some top-notch tracks which have stood the test of time. "50/50 Love", "Block Party", "Come Out Of The Shadows" and "Falling In Love Again" all epitomize the fresh, lighthearted sound of early-'80s R&B. Hopefully, either Atlantic or Rhino will reissue this CD soon. this CD is OOP and hard to find.
