Item received was not in the "new" condition as described. A fold/crease was noticed on the book. The box that the comic was shipped in had very little packing that limited item movement. When notified of the issues, seller only suggested a return to end up selling the book to another buyer. Seller also hasn't responded to request for a $10 refund in multiple days time, so I can press the book. Shipping speed was the best part.

Buyer attempted to extort refund when I advised him to return it. That didn’t work so he finally placed the return request which was authorized and now his panties are in a bunch.

It's funny how you, necessary.collectibles, try to save your rear end by acting like you didn't knowingly send me a damaged book labeled as "NEW" in the sale. Asking for a partial refund, to repair damages to the book you knowingly sent, is not uncommon either. It's also funny how negligence occurs on your end, yet you try to shift blame to me.
