This seller is a fraud. They listed the item as new but when it arrived it was very clearly taken out of the box. When I argued this, they freely admitted that it was removed from the box at some point but insisted that it’s still new. Completely preposterous and a total scam. Avoid purchasing anything from them!

sir, our product is new. We don't understand how you interpret opening the package to check the product as used. You say the product is used, but when we send a free return label, you do not want to give the product and want a 50% refund. We cannot understand this either. Best regards

The seller is very accommodating and willing. My package was late getting to me but was reported as delivered days earlier due to the delivery service. The seller went out of their way to try and help fix the matter and was very kind and courteous. An excellent sign of showmanship.

Package arrived damaged. After several emails with this seller,they agreed to refund my entire purchase price but did not wan the product back as they cannot re sell. I have donated to a local program for children and am happy with the outcome!

The box was definitely opened and a bit crinkled, but honeslty I don't mind. Twas probably used as the model or something for the pics. As for the figure itself it is very brittle but that's a manufacturer thing and not a seller problem. Overall, I'm pleased with the transaction.
