This isn't my business -- I only do eBay occasionally. But when I sell on eBay, I have rather rigid guidelines for bidders, for our mutual protection.

I only accept PayPal as my online method of payment, despite having had one bad experience in the past (my fault). I will also accept checks and money orders but it will delay anything I ship until my bank can verify that the funds are legitimate.

I only deal with the United States Post Office -- it's most convenient for me, because they will ship to PO Boxes. Because of what I sell, I usually ship Media Mail -- unless First Class mail costs the same (or less), in which case I will ship that way. Buyers will always have the option to pay to upgrade how fast they want to receive their items.

Any unopened items returned in their original state can receive a full refund. If the item has been opened and is still in the same condition upon return, a refund will be given less a 20% restocking fee.
