Let me start by saying my husband got this for me for Christmas. They were terrific helping my husband before and during the purchase. It came quickly and shipping was excellent. I did have a part (small) broken but they fixed that immediately. And they add the stylus which wasn't in the photo. This is a beautiful machine. Our experience was terrific and our opinion is... "they are excellent sellers." We would purchase from them again. Can't say enough.. Thanks!
