About

When I began my eBay account over 20 years ago, I was making and selling doll's clothing - hence the name SewPerfectCreations. I've long moved on from that endeavor, but it was fun while it lasted! I still enjoy selling, and buying, on eBay. These days it's mostly things from my personal doll and teddy bear collection, and things from my sewing room such as fabric, notions, patterns and the like.

Ooh La La BeBe! Antique French dolls in all their glory
Mildred and Vernon Seeley remain the undisputed, in my opinion, world authorities on antique dolls of any kind. Not only did they amass a world class collection of dolls over the years but they also made molds from their doll's heads from which doll makers could reproduce them for sale to people who couldn't afford to spend $50,000 on a rare Andre Thuillier bebe. This beautiful oversized book describes all the more important antique French dolls in the world of doll collecting. The gorgeous photography of the dolls enhances the book to the nth degree. It is a hard to find book at a good price but with vigilance and keeping my auto-search ongoing on Ebay I was rewarded with this like-new copy at a low cost. I have several other Seeley doll books as well and highly recommend this book and any other you can get if you are a serious doll collector or a maker of reproduction dolls, as you can use the photos in the book to see how the dolls were painted and also the style/fabric used for the clothing.
MARZIPAN PASTE 5 lb. BLOCKS FRESH FROM MANUFACTURER

Nothing beats good quality marzipan!
My husband owns a German restaurant, Germans love marzipan! This is our 2nd year using this marzipan in our holiday baking. Our customers love our marzipan stollen and strudels! Good buy considering what a small tin of lesser quality marzipan costs from the grocer.

Wonderful ideas book for quilting, beading, and color!!
I took a class from Linda Potter last year and loved her 'new' idea of quilting with pearl cotton floss rather than regular quilting thread, she had run out of her books she was selling to the class so I kept an ongoing search on Ebay for one and finally was rewarded with this just like new copy. Not only are you adding color with your quilting stitches when using the pearl cotton - many of which are embroidery stitches - but you can see the quilting and that adds surface texture and excitement to your quilt. Potter also uses beads, buttons and stencils to further enhance the quilt top. The book has wonderful directions on the techniques used as well as gorgeous color photos. I highly recommend this book for someone who is looking for a 'different' approach to quilting your quilts, I do hope Linda publishes another book soon.
