I'm usually a buyer and occasionally a seller. I've been a member of eBay for over 10 years, and I still can't understand why it's so hard for people to leave feedback.

I'm just a guy that sells and lists items that I have purchased. The #1 thing you can always expect and receive from me is complete honesty. I have had my share of bad experiences as a buyer here on eBay, and I do everything I can to make sure those that purchase from me do not have a negative experience.
Payment policy
Paypal is the way to go.
Shipping information
I SHIP FAST - I ship within one day of receiving payment. I try to keep my shipping rates low and I usually offer two methods of shipping and the buyer can choose the one they prefer. I also take extra time and care in the packaging. I tend to go to the extreme with my packaging, but items need to arrive safe and unharmed.
Return policy
I accept returns within 7 days of the auction ending for a cash refund. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. I feel this a fair and common practice - used by most major retail companies.

Feedback
I LEAVE FEEDBACK - it's that simple. As a seller... I will leave feedback when the payment is received. As a buyer... I will leave feedback once the item has been delivered. It always bothers me when people do not take the time to leave feedack. I feel it's a simple courtesy we owe to each other. I wish eBay would do more to encourage feedback amongst members.
