I go to doll show, reunion, and seek expert advise, for my collections. I'm no way a doll expert–I enjoy collecting and learning how to maintain in natural ways. I don't believe in harsh chemicals or cover ups. Most of my Items are stored in my dolls rooms. I also stored them in my cedar closet with original boxes & certificate. I also collect resale's or vintage items that are special to me and have no boxes or certificates. These are also restored, put in other boxes for care & to stay clean. Remember, VINTAGE items & RESALES items ARE USED-NOT NEW. They have the NORMAL WEAR & NOT PERFECT. Im only human and may have missed something important to you! Economy rate or Parcel Post from original post office request, MAY TAKE 8-14 DAYS. This is not always on the boxed label. What I charge is what they state. (Now they even charge for the size of the package, with a service fee). I cant control that issue. I mainly use recycle bubble raps, pebbles, boxes with NO newspaper. Dolls are collectible toys recognized for their unique quality and design - a doll is a friend with a warmth and personality of their own, with unique fabrics, clothing and other accessories - they have very special facial expressions and body language. Special HISTORY REF: While most marked dolls are always marked, there are..... occasions when they may have been missed or changes were made to the production line and for a short time, they were unmarked. You need to look at all of the features closely and research as many references as possible to make sure the doll really is who you think it is. Check that the material the doll is made of is the correct type, that size was really made, the hands and feet are the same shape, the hair and eye colors are true, etc. Many dolls were easy to copy and some play dolls never were marked. Some people are fortunate enough to have the box or other proof that their childhood doll is the real thing.

There was UNITED World, with no modern technology or contract agreement. What happened? I don't believe in childish games nor have time for lies. I have a few (dishonest) feedbacks from (seller or buyers) members sending me damaged goods or false accusation, that values me unfairly and I had to return them with great lost. When you purchase a doll, be certain to save all packaging, certificate, inserts and tags. Investigate history & articles. When storing dolls for an extended period, a layer of acid free tissue should be put between the doll and her clothing. Never change the original hair or clothes. Check dolls that are in storage on a regular basis, store in cedar closet or behind glass. Keep DOLLS box in a dry place. When display, Use a feather duster or makeup brushes on porcelain. Always clean resin or vinyl doll with a soft cloth dipped in distilled water, with no soap residue. Never wet a wooden doll, moisturize with oils. If you want to vacuum a cloth doll, do it through a layer of nylon netting. When purchasing old dolls, put them in a closed box with an insect strip for two or three days. Always store vinyl dolls in a cool place, Heat will darkens the vinyl. Never use chlorine bleach or products containing chlorine on a vinyl or plastic doll. Keep your dolls out of the sunlight & smokes!
