Received item in nonworking condition. No mention in description was sold as a working item. Battery compartment was corroded and clearly worked on. Seller offered refund but had me pay for shipping. This violates Ebays Moneyback Guarantee Policy. Would not recommend this dishonest seller.

I refunded customer, everything except shipping, even though sold as no return. Customer lied and said they tested the batteries. Once received, I put good batteries in and it worked as it should. She received it exactly as described. It worked fine. I tried letting buyer know that her batteries were weak. Sold to a different customer and they had no issues.
