Problems with the carrier
0 of 1 found this helpful The phone was sent and received in record time, absolutely no problems with them.....but....it took almost two weeks for TracFone to activate it. Six calls to India and two new sim cards later..... At first I could not retrieve texts or voice mails, usually wouldn't dial out and constantly dropped calls. For the past few weeks it has worked fine except not always able to hear clearly. I believe the phone is fine and all of the problems are on TracFone, however after having a very basic TracFone for many years with no problems and after all of the head aches with this phone I would probably go with a different one.
