I have 2 wonderful children who bring much joy to my life! I am disabled with many medical conditions which are impacting my family financially. My son also has medical conditions as well. I started selling on Ebay to make any money I can to help.

History/background
I've been a member of Ebay for years, a seller for the last year or so. I started selling to help with my family's medical expenses which are numerous. I also sell my one of a kind hand crafted jewelry. I've been selling new gift items and gently used kids clothing that my children have outgrown.

Payment policy
Currently, I accept PayPal (which can take credits cards) and U.S. money orders or U.S. cashier's checks only. Payments are expected no later than 7 days after an auction closes. I do report non-paying bidders at the 7th day.

Shipping information
I SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your payment! Items are already packed and ready for shipment when an auction is listed. Once payment is received, I will take your item to the post office. Often times I can ship the same day if payment is received early enough. I ship using USPS. Please remember that if you choose Parcel Post or Media Mail that, while cheaper, shipping times can be significantly longer especially during the winter holiday months. Once your purchase is given to the Post Office, I cannot control how it is routed or when it will be delivered. The delivery estimate times are provided by the United States Postal Service, not the sellers. Shipping insurance is optional but always reommended in the event that your package gets mishandled. Insurance is your best protection.

Return policy
Please ask all questions before you bid. Email me prior to any return and I will be happy to try and work with you. Items are returnable unless otherwise stated in an auction. Items must be returned in the same condition as was sent, carefully packed and returned within 3 days of you having received the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping plus insurance. Refunds are of the purchase price only and do not include shipping & handling. Refunds can take up to a week to process once I've received your return.
