I think it's a decent product, but after 6 moths of use has not helped my hair at all, just my nails and eyelashes
First off, this product has WAY too much copper in it. Seems really unnecessary and is the reason why I am going to discontinue using it. It's fairly pricey for only what results I saw. I took for 6 months at the advise of my endocrinologist who made it sound like a miracle cure for my dry and falling out hair caused by Hypothyroid disease. It didn't do anything for my hair at all. It did slightly strengthen my nails and my eyelashes filled back in. So I saw results but not enough to make it worth the $$ or the risk of copper build up from excess copper.
