o I defer my feedback until I am sure you are satisfied with your purchase so I may remedy any problem whatsoever with you prior to your leaving anything other than positive feedback. This will give me an opportunity to work with you on any dissatisfaction or concerns you may have with your purchase or my service. I hope that you will leave feedback within a reasonable amount of time (3-7 days) once you are sure that you are satisfied with your purchase experience. If for some reason, you are unable to provide positive feedback in that time, please let me know so I do not send follow-up communications checking to assure all is well. Thank you.
