In 20 yrs of buying/selling on Ebay (as well as other platforms), this is my 1st negative review. I strive to make every sale go smoothly, treat others how l want to be treated AND show grace when things do not go perfectly. I am not perfect & I should have removed the listing until the new inventory arrived. I apologized numerous times that the item you purchased would be a week late in the shipment. I gave you a full refund & also offered the item for free.
