PayPal is the preferred method of payment.You can use PayPal to pay with the credit card or eCheck. eCheck will need to be cleared before product can be shipped. We accept money orders / cashiers checks / personal checks but product will not be shipped until cleared. Please make payment within 7 days. Thank you!

Items are shipped via UPS Ground (generally 1-6 days). UPS Ground does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, physical addresses only. Once the item is processed and shipped to UPS, you will get a Notification of the Tracking Number which will give you the arrival date of your package and will allow you to follow and track your packaged item to your destination on the http://ups.com/ web site.

You may order from my supplier with full confidence that you will be 100% satisfied or we will gladly replace any item or items that you return (buyer expense) within thirty days of receipt, or refund your purchase price. After thirty days, most items carry an additional manufacturers warranty that you will receive with the item. Please notify us of any product defects or incomplete shipments immediately upon receipt of the goods. To return a product, contact: sducharme@att.net with Name of the Item, Order Number, Reason for Return, and if it is a replacement or a refund. Instructions will be sent to you. Please return in original packaging (product, manuals, instructions, etc.) & enclose original invoice or receipt.
