20+ years managing restaurants, so I have great people skills and I do believe in making it right, if that means going the extra mile, in most cases I will, but of course it has to be a 2 way street, we all make mistakes, approach me with professionalism and you will get the same in return, act different, you get different...(my kids have taught me well..lol)

paypal is preferred but what ever it takes to get the transaction completed, I DO NOT however accept personal checks...sorry, but too many issues recently! A postal money order is preferred if you are going to send payment, this way I can use it at the post office when I mail your package!

I ship extremely fast, I package securely and I like to use priority as it gets there quicker, you won it and paid for it you should have it quick...it is yours after all, sometimes, the larger items...stereos, turntables, speakers ect. take a little longer as sometimes after packing it I am not happy and have to hunt down better materials....and I live in the middle of NOWHERE!!!

There are only certain instances where I allow returns, as I am very particular when I describe an item and I always check its' functionality, therefore if it ...just no what you really want...I am sorry, but thats the price of impulse buying sometimes, but if there is genuinely something wrong, PLEASE, contact me and we can work it out....sometimes it isn't worth returning due to costs involved, there are always ways around this also, so please contact first and never assume anything!
