After nursing in the pediatric field for several years I decided I wanted to shake up my world and go into business for myself.

I think it is important to let people know you came by for a visit. It reminds us of those things we may have left undone or unsaid. Have a friend by being a friend. What may start out as a mere business relationship can certainly grow far beyond our wildest dreams.We should support and encourage each other at all times. Feed back done in a diplomatic tone helps us grow. We grow out of change, as scary as change may seem sometimes. That is where our support systems come into play and why they are so invaluable.
