I just wanted to take a minute to say something about volunteering. Most people scoff at the idea and write a check instead. While your financial contributions to charitable organizations are MUCH appreciated, many of these same organizations couldn't exsist without a team of dedicated volunteers. Whether it be kids, animals, or something else entirely, please pick something that you are passionate about and find ways in your community to help out. You will be amazed at how good it makes you feel to be a part of doing something bigger to help us all. I truly believe that voluntering is good for the soul.
